David has been working in Online Marketing and Webdesign for quite a while, and loves to use WordPress for his projects. David joined the organizer team in 2022 to support the local WordPress Community.

Miguel (a.k.a. Mixali) first contact with WordPress was in 2007/2008 with WordPress 2.x, and worked years later as blogger with WordPress. Since 2015 is a freelance WordPress designer, is specialized in the redesign, maintenance, optimization and security of WordPress websites.

He also has worked providing SEO Tech support for SEO agencies in Salzburg, and managing updates and solving security, updates and other issues for over 150 WordPress installations.

Since 2018 teaches web design with WordPress in BFI Salzburg designakademie, and recently in 2022 a small coursefor the students of the Carrer Center of Salzburg University, allowing newcomers to learn the basics of installing, managing, publishing and designing websites with WordPress. He also participated as trainer or organiser in different international conferences (in academics or student themes).

Hannes Linsbauer is the mind behind linomedia a web development agency located in lower austria, specialized in creating modern websites and online shops with WordPress and WooCommerce. With about 20 years of experience with building websites and creating online communities he is also the founder of the oldest gaming community (since 1999) in austria, Gamers.at.

Being a Vienna-based graphic designer, I have more than 22 years of professional experience creating all kinds of graphic design projects ranging from layout over corporate design to web design. Additionally, I create (non-business) designs for your personal wedding invitations, birth announcements or thank-you cards.

After 20 years in Sales and Marketing, Barbara decided to start her own agency as Co-Founder and „bl“-part of blum eventmarketing, specializing in Event Management, Marketing and a full-service Trade Show support. As Marketing-aficionada she has been focused on Online Marketing fort he last few years.

Barbara stumbled across WordPress during her pro bono work for a big Charity Project, in dire need of a multilingual website. Lacking the necessary budget to outsource the task, she took it in her own hands with a little help from some friends and a lot of online tutorials. Proof that WordPress is for everyone!

She loves a good challenge and tackles new projects with gusto. On this note she’s been part of a committed team for several years dedicated to organize every year an exciting and successfull WordCamp Vienna.

Since 2016 I have been supporting companies as a freelancer by developing individual WordPress-based solutions.

Max Reisinger is Managing Partner at WP-Stars (wp-stars.com), an internet agency fully dedicated to WordPress. He is in WordPress development since 2014 with Focus on complex WordPress platforms and WooCommerce store solutions.

Marco leads the Digital Solutions team at APA-OTS. He holds a degree in business administration with 20+ years experience in web technologies and is responsible for OTS platform strategies including several WordPress sites. He also develops WordPress-plugins (especially for microsite-creation) and hosts innovation workshops.

Besides his work for APA-OTS, Marco runs his own web consulting business. He helps his customers with web projects and analytics.

When he’s not looking at a screen or standing in front of a whiteboard, he enjoys cooking and a good round of golf.

Harry Martin is online since 1996. His small agency werkform is located in Lower Austria. After years of producing hand knitted homepages he switched over to WordPress and Elementor. Starting his career as editor for a gardening magazine he joined the prepress business and – with the internet getting popular – the first websites were launched.

Harry stumbled in the Vienna WordPress community in 2017. Beside working with WordPress and Elementor rowing on the Danube is a part of life – which is a perfect compensation for sitting at a desk.
