Rose is a Happiness Engineer in Automattic. She’s been in the Customer Service industry for almost 15 years now, where she spent more than 4 years on training and course development. It was 2006, when she became curious of the internet, and later started using WordPress. She read and learn everything that would get her hands into about the web and computer technology. She joined Automattic in 2017 and been enjoying every moment of it.
