Susana has a very creative mind and more than 17 years of experience in developing software. She always seeks for the next challenging project, whatever it is, technical or personal. She likes to keep herself busy learning new things, now React, Open Source Projects and German are the deal. Previously Java, Ruby, JavaScript and Photography. Training for her second triathlon and, why not? Helping organize such a great event like the Vienna WordCamp.

Thomas Kräftner is an interactive developer with a degree in Information Design. While having a clear focus on web development, he always keeps his mind open and has a good understanding of a lot of surrounding fields. With 10 years of professional experience as a freelancer his topmost goal is to present his clients content in exciting, effective and aesthetically appealing ways.

Apart from online presences he is also interested in concise information-visualizations and interesting generative design. He is an active member of the WordPress Development Community on Stackexchange and has been co-organizing the WPVienna Meetup since 2014 as well as WordCamp Vienna 2015 and WordCamp Vienna 2018.

Denise Van De Cruze has been building Web Sites for over 20 years and is passionate about empowering people through technology. She loves coffee and travel and lives in Vienna. Through her travels, she has visited and learned from many thriving WordPress communities around the world.

Denise is an organizer of WordCamp Vienna and builds WordPress sites through her company, Girlbot.

Hannes Linsbauer is the mind behind linomedia a web development agency located in lower austria, specialized in creating modern websites and online shops with WordPress. With about 20 years of experience with building websites and creating online communities he is also the founder of the oldest gaming community (since 1999) in austria, Gamers.at.

Harald Martin is online since 1996. His small agency werkform is located in Lower Austria. After years of producing hand knitted homepages he switched over to wordpress. Starting his career as editor for a gardening magazine he joined the prepress business and – with the internet getting popular – the first websites were launched.

Switching through the different kinds of media is still a major part in working for small businesses all over austria and the countries around. Harry stumbled in the vienna WordPress community in 2017. Beside working with servers and finding solutions for his customers rowing on the danube is a part of life – which is a perfect compensation for sitting at a desk.

After 20 years in Sales and Marketing, Barbara decided to start her own agency as Co-Founder and „bl“-part of blum eventmarketing, specializing in Event Management, Marketing and a full-service Trade Show support. As Marketing-aficionada she has been focused on Online Marketing fort he last few years.

Barbara stumbled across WordPress during her pro bono work for a big Charity Project, in dire need of a multilingual website. Lacking the necessary budget to outsource the task, she took it in her own hands with a little help from some friends and a lot of online tutorials. And it wasn‘t her last website…

She loves a good challenge and tackles new projects with gusto. On this note she is thrilled to be part of a committed team dedicated to organize an exciting and successfull WordCamp Vienna 2019.

My name is Rado and I am a Bulgarian web developer, currently based in Vienna.

I’ve been working with WordPress for nearly 10 years and during that period I have worked on hundreds of websites, creating custom themes and plugins. Now I am a Code Wrangler at Automattic.

WordCamps have been a constant part of my life since 2013 and now I am happy to help and organize one!

Bruce is an Australian who’s been living in Austria for the last 22 years. He’s an SEO specialist and Website Security Specialist based in Niederösterreich with over 15 years experience with Search Engine Optimisation and Web Application design. He has been using WordPress for the last 5 years and has learnt lots of shortcuts and tricks that he loves passing on to others. Clarifying SEO and online marketing for business owners is his passion. He is an active member of Vienna WordPress Meetup where he presented “how to rank first in Google” and presented at Wordcamp Vienna 2015, volunteered at WordCamp Europe 2016 and also helped organise WordCamp Vienna last year.
When he’s not sitting behind a computer you’ll probably find him running around Prater or in the Vienna Hills.

Martin Sternsberger is one of the WP-Stars (wp-stars.com), an internet agency fully dedicated to WordPress. Martin is „online” since 1984. In 1996, he founded one of the first internet agencies in Austria, consulting clients like Mercedes-Benz, Eckes-Granini, Suzuki, Gabor Shoes, Prefa, etc. and successfully sold that company in 2010. Prior to that he was head of software development (car access) at SkiData, an Austrian-based, international high-tech company.

Martin holds an International Executive MBA and is a trained coach and instructor. He is an Austrian citizen, lives in Vienna, and speaks German and English.

Being a Vienna-based graphic designer, I have more than 18 years of professional experience creating all kinds of graphic design projects ranging from layout over corporate design to web design. Additionally, I create (non-business) designs for your personal wedding invitations, birth announcements or thank-you cards.

My dedication lies in organizing events with a personal customer oriented and creative touch. Having spent more than six years in the US in guest relations in the hospitality industry and worked over 12 years as Event Manager at the Vienna Stock Exchange, I gained substantial experience locally and internationally.

I am excited to be part of this diverse team of high-level professionals and to contribute my share for a successful WordCamp Vienna 2019.
