Apply to speak at WordCamp Vienna 2026

Our WordPress conference, WordCamp Vienna, is coming in spring, namely on the 10th & 11th of April 2026.

The game is very simple: We give you a stage and you rock it!

    Talk Format and Submission

WordCamp Vienna is already an established event for the WordPress Community of Central Europe and a great opportunity to showcase the diversity of the WordPress world. Therefore we want speakers who are experienced and we look forward to well-prepared applications.

Our sessions will be 25 minutes long with 10 additional minutes for Q&A with the audience. If you have more than one great idea, please submit them all, we’ll pick the one that fits our program the best. Please send one submission per talk via our form.

We are planning 2 tracks, and our Call for Speakers is open for presentations in English and German. And there will also be an additional Developer Track. The cut-off for speaker applications is February, 28th, 2026.

    Lead a workshop!

On the first day of the conference (Friday, 10th of April 2026), workshops will take place!

Embrace the opportunity to lead an interactive workshop, enriching the learning experience for WordCamp participants. Propose a hands-on session that delves into specific topics, providing practical skills and fostering engaging discussions. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or an emerging expert, share your expertise in a workshop.

One workshop is about 80min long. So you’ll have more time to engage with the participants.

    What can I talk about?

We are looking for great stories about and around WordPress, that dig into a specific area while still inspiring the audience.

We’re particularly interested in hearing from those who have used WordPress in interesting, innovative but also efficient ways. The WordPress ecosystem and community do such a wide variety of different things with WordPress and we want to hear it all.

Here a few example topics to inspire you:
