We are looking for passionate volunteer photographers to document WordCamp Vienna, which will take place on April 25–26, 2025, at the Alte AKH Campus of the University of Vienna. Your images will help immortalize the exciting talks, workshops, social interactions, and atmosphere of the event.
Your Mission:
- Capture dynamic photos of sessions, workshops, speakers, attendees, and informal networking moments.
- Create engaging visuals that reflect the spirit and diversity of WordCamp.
- Edit and deliver high-quality photos promptly for publication on our official channels.

We Are Looking For:
- Photographers with event photography experience or a strong passion and eye for photography.
- Personal photography equipment (camera, lenses, accessories) and familiarity with image editing.
- Willingness to share your images under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license.
