Die Veranstaltung WordCamp Vienna 2025 wird bereits das zehnte WordCamp in Wien sein und wir erwarten auch heuer wieder 350 Teilnehmer*innen. Wir suchen Sponsor*innen, um dieses Event zu einem lebendigen und wiederkehrenden Ereignis auch für die nächsten Jahre zu machen.

Mit dem Sponsoring des WordCamp Vienna zeigt Ihr eure Unterstützung für das WordPress-Projekt und tragt so auch zum Wachstum unserer lokalen WordPress-Community bei. Für eine Unterstützung erhält Ihr eine einzigartige Sichtbarkeit bei einer großen, an WordPress technisch interessierten Community.

Wir bieten folgende Sponsorenpakete an:

  • Platinum (€ 3.000)
    Bietet euch die maximale Sichtbarkeit mit zwei Ausstellungstischen für ein größeres Team und die Präsentation eurer Produkte und Dienstleistungen.
  • Diamond (€ 1.500)
    Bietet euch einen Ausstellungstisch mit Platz für zwei Personen zur Präsentation eurer Produkte und Dienstleistungen.
  • Gold (€ 750)
    Bietet euch die Möglichkeit, eure Produkte oder Dienstleistungen auf einem halben Ausstellungstisch zu präsentieren, ohne das eigene Budget zu sehr zu belasten.
  • Community (€250)
    Verpasst nicht die Chance, das WordPress-Projekt zu unterstützen und diese Veranstaltung mit einem erschwinglichen Betrag zu ermöglichen, während ihr gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit habt, Werbematerial zu verteilen und bei allen unseren Sponsoren aufgelistet und verlinkt zu werden!

WordCamp Vienna 2025 will be Vienna’s 10th WordCamp and we are expecting 350 attendees this year, being the largest event in Central Europe.

We are seeking sponsors to help make this a lively and recurring event – while allowing us to afford a great location and quality of services to make this WordCamp a great experience for all attendees.

By sponsoring WordCamp Vienna 2025, you show your support for the WordPress project, you also contribute to the growth of our local WordPress community. As a sponsor, you’ll also gain unique visibility in a large, diverse, tech savvy crowd.

For it and based in our experience we offer the following packages:

  • Platinum (€ 3.000)
    Gives you the maximum visibility with two exhibition tables for your whole team and showcase your products and services.
  • Diamond (€ 1.500)
    Offers you one exhibition table with room for two people to showcase your products and services.
  • Gold (€ 750)
    Gives you the chance to showcase your products or services on half a exhibition table without compromising your expenses.
  • Community (€250)
    Do not miss the chance to support the WordPress project and make this event possible contributing with a very affordable amount while having the possibility to distribute your advertising material and being listed with all our sponsors!
