Your WordCamp ticket covers both the workshop day on Friday, April 25th, 2025, and the conference day with 3 different tracks and many exciting speakers in German and English on Saturday, April 26th, 2025.

Prices include access to all sessions, lunch, coffee breaks, and a free drink at the after party. The Early Bird- and Standard Tickets include an exclusive t-shirt, stickers, and other great swag from our sponsors.

If you are happy with your T-Shirts from previous years or simply want to help us saving resources, the Eco-Ticket is for you!

For community-building and promotional purposes, there will be volunteer and/or professional photographers and videographers at the WordCamp event. By attending the event, you consent to your image being used in resulting photos or videos that may show your participation in the WordCamp.

Please note: refunds will not be available. It is however no problem if you’d like to give a ticket you bought as a gift, purchase multiple tickets for your team, or sell it to somebody else. You can edit/change the details using the link you received in your ticket purchase confirmation email.

Unable to attend?
If you are unable to attend WordCamp Vienna, you are free to sell or give away your ticket. Use the link you received in your ticket purchase confirmation email to edit the details.
