Sie setzt sich für die Wiener Unternehmen der Werbe-, PR- und Kreativbranche gegenüber der Politik ein. Darüber hinaus fördert die Fachgruppe Jungunternehmerinnen und Jungunternehmer bei deren ersten Schritten in der Selbstständigkeit und unterstützt ihre Mitgliedsunternehmen mit einem umfangreichen Service- und Beratungsangebot. So ermöglicht die Fachgruppe ihren Mitgliedern ein besonderes Versicherungsservice, welches Schutz bei u.a. Berufsausfall bietet. Seit Ende Mai 2017 steht Marco Schreuder der Fachgruppe als Obmann vor. Seine Stellvertreter sind Konrad Maric und Birgit Kraft-Kinz. Geschäftsführer ist Werner Neudorfer.
