WordCamp Vienna 2024 is over. Thanks everyone for attending – it was a pleasure to have you here! See you next year!
WordCamp Vienna is the biggest WordCamp in central Europe and the 9th edition took place on April 5th and 6th, 2024 at the Alten AKH campus of the University of Vienna, with more than 330 visitors.
This year we started on Friday 5th of April at midday with three tracks with WordPress Workshops for Beginner, Advanced and Developer users – plus a dedicated one to foster the WordPress community.
On Saturday 6th of April we had as usual our Conference Day with our famous three tracks with 21 WordPress-focused talks in English, German and Developers languages 👾
In total we we had 28 Speakers, reaching 40% of female speakers.

WordCamp Vienna takes place since 2015, hosted WordCamp Europe in 2016, and is powered by generous sponsors and an epic team of WordPress enthusiasts organizers and volunteers.
WordCamps are informal, local, community-organized events, that should be attended by everyone who uses WordPress, the free and open source personal publishing software that powers over 40% of the Web (60% in Austria).
This applies to bloggers, designers, developers, authors, marketers, copywriters, SEOs… companies, startups, non-profits, consultants, freelancers, and even complete beginners. The goal is to exchange knowledge, learn from each other and network!
